Mozilla has updated its web browser "Firefox" to version 28.0. It comes with following new features and updates:
VP9 video decoding implemented
Support for MathML 2.0 'mathvariant' attribute
Mac OS X: Notification Center support for web notifications
Volume control for HTML5 audio/video
Support for multi-line flexbox in layout
Due to spdy/3 implementation, support for spdy/2 has been removed and servers without spdy/3 will negotiate to http/1 without any penalty
Support for Opus in WebM
Various security fixes
Background thread hang reporting
